How do I un-block pop-up windows?

The instructions below will assist you in allowing pop-up windows from a particular site only, if possible. The DLOPS site, www.dlops.com, is used as an example.

Internet Explorer 7.x and 8
  1. Open the browser.
  2. From the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker.
  3. Click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  4. In the Address of website to allow field, type

    www.dlops.com

  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Close.
Firefox 3.x
  1. Open the browser.
  2. From the Tools menu, click Options.
  3. Click the Content icon located across the top of the window.
  4. Click the Exceptions button located to the right of Block pop-up windows.
  5. You will see the Allowed Sites dialog box.
  6. To enable the browser to recognize UD servers as trusted sites and, therefore, enable pop-ups from these sites, in the Address of web site field, type

  1. Click Allow.
  2. Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
